1. How does the Expert Marketplace Work?
Our state-of-the-art platform matches customers in need of on-site assembly services with background checked and fully vetted local service experts. Orders are automatically routed to an expert and they are able to view all of your contact information in a mobile app.
2. How are services priced?
The price you see advertised online is the price you pay...these are not estimates but a fixed-price quote for service. Some limitations apply (such as product not matching whats in the service order), but those can be reviewed in our terms and conditions section.
3. Is service available in my area?
Please check to see if service is available in your area by entering your zip code in the box at the bottom of each page.
4. Who are the local providers participating in the marketplace?
+Expert Marketplace only partners with established providers with a proven track record of performance and reliability. Please see the Provider Networks page for more details.
5. Have the on-site experts been fully vetted?
Yes. We require full background checks and ensure that whoever is sent to your home or office is skilled in the service to be performed.
6. How will my appointment be scheduled?
Once your order has been assigned to a Provider, you will receive a link via email to schedule your appointment.
7. Who do I contact if I have questions about an order?
Once the local provider has received your order, all future contact about the service will be between you and them directly. You will be provided with contact number to reach them in the event you have any questions, comments or concerns.
8. What are the hours of operation?
Monday-Saturday, 7am to 8pm. The service is not available on Sundays.
9. Is the service guaranteed?
We guarantee you will be satisfied with the service or someone will return and fix the problem.
10. Can I make changes to my appointment?
Absolutely. There are limitations regarding cancellations.
11. How does billing work?
You will be charged for services in-full either at check-out if the PAY NOW option is select or upon completion if the PAY LATER option is chosen.
